Made from 1/6 in. (4mm) thick aluminum, this skid plate is laser cut from one large sheet, formed, and welded. Thicker than the Ducati Enduro skid plate, our skid’s low profile and narrow shape maximize ground clearance and the custom large radiused bends along the edges provide additional strength and further cornering clearance. The extended tail of the skid protects the catalytic converter and a full wrap around protects the engine case, header, and rear brake master cylinder.
Powder coated steel front brackets attach to the bike using 2 mounting points per side, twice as many as OE accessory skid. This distributes load better in the case of an impact and increases strength and durability. The brackets include captive nuts for ease of install as well as allow the skid to drop from brackets for easy maintenance.
