The side stand switch is a serious vulnerability of the BMW R 1200 /1250 GS, allowing your ride to be disabled by a stray stick or other trail debris. Eliminate this weak point with a side stand switch guard from AltRider.

The AltRider guard is constructed from 1/16 inch (2 mm) anodized aluminum. This material provides solid, lightweight protection for the side stand switch. The design allows for complete coverage while enhancing the overall look of your bike. Installation is simple with the provided hardware. Available in black.

NOTE: Fits bikes built September 2013 or later. Switch must be attached with screw, not c-clip.
